Who is the controller of your data?

The Data Controller of the data collected through this site is Teamwork srl with registered office in Via Macanno 38/q, Rimini RN - VAT no. 02581030406 (hereinafter also referred to as "Owner"). The updated list of authorised processors and external data processors is available at the Controller's head office.

Why do we process your data and when do we collect them?

Navigation Data

When browsing our website, we collect certain personal data from users, such as the IP address of the computer, or the domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

Service Data

There is also a "Contact"If you decide to write to us, we will also process your personal and contact data (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address). You can also use our site to purchase our products and services: in this case, we will process your personal and contact details, your payment details, your shipping address and any other information that may be useful for managing the transaction. On the site you can also subscribe to our newsletter and in this case we will process your name, surname and e-mail address.

If you would like to apply for a job with us, you can fill in the form and upload your CV in the appropriate section and send it to our recruiters: in this case we will only process the data necessary to evaluate your application.

What does the law allow us to do?

EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) allows us to process the various types of data we have highlighted above for the following purposes:

Navigation Data We need them for statistical purposes, to improve our site and to protect the security of our users' browsing. These data do not allow your identification. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest and that of the user (Art. 6 letter f) GDPR).
Browsing Data (cookies) We also collect data for the purpose of analysing and processing information about you, your preferences, habits, consumption choices and/or browsing experiences. This is done through the use of technologies such as cookies (own or third-party). The collection of data through the use of cookies is done with your express consent (Art. 6a GDPR). Contact form data

We process your contact data such as first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail in order to be able to process your contact request. The GDPR allows us to process these data without your consent because they are needed to fulfil pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 letter b) GDPR). You can always decide not to provide us with the data but you will not be able to send us any request for a quote.

E-COMMERCE

COMMUNICATIONS AND NEWSLETTERS

(Service data)

Collection of data in order to send newsletters and information material on company activities as well as updates on training and current and future events organised by the Data Controller. Processing for these purposes is carried out with your specific consent. We process this data on the basis of your consent expressed by means of a "flag" in the "Subscribe to Newsletter"(Art. 6(a) GDPR).

CANDIDACY

We process the data that you consider appropriate to send us in order to apply for a job with us, such as, without a doubt, those relating to your education and professional background; we may also learn of your more sensitive data (e.g. membership of protected categories, ethnic origin). The GDPR allows us to process this data without your consent because it is used to fulfil pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 letter b) GDPR) and to assess your suitability for employment (Art. 9 letter b) GDPR)
Transfer of personal data to business partners The transfer of the User's personal data to partners of the Controller who make the event possible and who will process them for their own commercial purposes will only take place on the basis of the User's consent expressed by means of a "flag" at __________________.
How do we process your data?

Your data is processed using instruments and procedures that guarantee security and confidentiality, and may be processed both through our website and through other electronic tools (e.g. internal management systems) and sometimes even with the aid of paper supports. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organisation of this Web Site (administrative and sales staff, system administrators, etc.) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, in the cases provided for by the law, as Data Processors by us, may have access to the data. How long do we keep your data?

Navigation DataThe data collected by the site during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. On expiry, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless there is no further purpose for retaining it. The Controller has no control over the cookies entirely managed by third parties and has no access to the information collected through these cookies. For more details on the retention of data collected through cookies, please refer to the cookie policy.

Service-related data:

  • Contact form data: Data will be stored for as long as it is strictly necessary to process the submitted request.
  • E-commerce datadata will be stored for 10 years from the time of collection (see Art. 2220 of the Civil Code).
  • Data on NEWSLETTERdata will be stored for 36 months after the last interaction or until consent is revoked (opt-out) and/or request for cancellation by pare Tua.
  • Application data: The data will be kept for 6 months from the submission of the application.

In the event of consent to the transfer of personal data to business partners of the Data Controller, we inform you that we will keep your personal data for the time required for the purposes mentioned in the previous point.

Where are your data?

The processing we carry out with your personal data related to the Service takes place on European soil. We have chosen partners that allow us to keep the data within the Union, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation. Your Browsing Data (IP address), on the other hand, through the installation of cookies (for more information on cookies read our cookie policy, may be transferred outside the European Union, and in particular to the United States (by way of example, Google) with appropriate safeguards.

Who has access to your data?

Your data may be communicated without consent to the Public Administration, Supervisory Bodies and/or Judicial Authorities, to all other subjects to whom communication is obligatory or necessary by law, as well as to partner companies of the event for purposes strictly related to the execution of the same. The User's data will not be disseminated. Any transfer of the User's data to partner companies for use in connection with the commercial purposes of the same may take place only with his/her free consent. Failure to give consent does not jeopardise participation in the event as specified in the table above containing the legal bases, to which please refer.

Users' data may also be disclosed to third parties which the Data Controller uses to provide the services requested by Users and/or for the normal course of the Data Controller's business and operations. These subjects are appointed by Teamwork as external data processors, and are third party companies that oversee the management of the Site and event registrations, limited to technical access for the maintenance of the same.

The User may at any time find out the names of the persons appointed by the Data Controller as data processors (internal and/or external) or persons in charge of processing by consulting the Site, or by contacting the designated internal Data Processor for the purposes of exercising the rights under Section 7 of the Privacy Code.

Users' data will not be disseminated in any way, i.e. brought to the knowledge of unspecified persons.

What are your rights?

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing of your personal data (to find out what your rights are, please refer to the Regulation in Art. 15 et seq.) Right to complain

This is without prejudice to your right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, or to take appropriate legal action, pursuant to Article 79 of the Regulation, if you consider that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.

Protecting the privacy of minors

This website is aimed at a general audience, however its services are intended for persons of 18 years of age or older. We do not solicit, collect, use or disclose personal data from persons under the age of 18 online. Should we discover that we have personally collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
