Premise

TEAMWORK S.r.l. operates in the management, managerial, and organisational consultancy sector, supporting businesses, public bodies, and organisations in developing their skills, organisational innovation, and sustainable growth. Aware that the value of people represents an organisation's main asset, TEAMWORK considers gender equality, inclusion, respect for diversity, and the recognition of merit as essential elements for ensuring quality of service, innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable development.
Through this Policy, Management intends to define the principles, commitments, and objectives that guide the organisation in promoting a fair, inclusive, and respectful work environment for the dignity of every person, in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022.

Gender Equality Management System

TEAMWORK has adopted a Management System compliant with UNI/PdR 125:2022 aimed at ensuring continuous improvement of its performance through:

  • Steering Committee involvement;
  • periodic internal audits;

The organisation favours professional relationships characterised by the same ethical values and encourages its stakeholders to adopt behaviours consistent with these principles.

Responsibility

The Management accepts responsibility for the definition, implementation, and updating of this Policy, with the support of the Gender Equality Steering Committee, which monitors the achievement of objectives and proposes improvement actions.
Every person operating on behalf of TEAMWORK is required to actively contribute to the promotion of a gender equality culture and to respect the principles contained in this Policy.

Communication and dissemination

This Policy is:

  • published on TEAMWORK's institutional website;
  • made available to all staff;
  • communicated to employees, partners, and stakeholders;
  • periodically reviewed by the Management to verify its effectiveness and adequacy.

The Management of TEAMWORK confirms its commitment to fostering an organisational culture based on fairness, inclusion, and the valuing of people, in the belief that diversity represents a strategic factor for growth, innovation, and competitiveness.
