Silvia graduated as a Pedagogist in 2014 from the School of Psychology and Education Sciences, Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. She has been working as an expert in relational dynamics for the last 10 years, consulting both companies and private individuals. In the meantime, she studied and obtained her mater in Mediation, a branch of Counselling, at the School of Comparative Psychotherapy in Florence, which allowed her to gain experience in conflict mediation and team building dynamics. She attained the title of Business and Life Coach at Claudio Belotti's Extraordinary Training School, one of the 12 Master trainers in the world, working on her personal growth to the point of using her skills as a process facilitator. Silvia is convinced that the success of a project depends on the ability of the professionals involved and their ability to interact synergistically.
