Bio

I work in training and consulting within the hospitality sector, focusing on service, communication, and guest experience. My work involves helping people create experiences that not only function well but also leave a lasting impression.
Over time, I have developed a strong focus on all aspects of guest relations, from service quality and sales dynamics to housekeeping department management. I am the author of the book "Hotel Guest Experience," published by Franco Angeli, which was born from a desire to share this approach.
Today I collaborate primarily with luxury establishments, where high standards demand constant attention and great care. Before joining Teamwork, I was responsible for quality for a hotel group with properties affiliated with international brands.
I am also a certified trainer for the EPIC Leadership Program.
