Today, he works as a strategic consultant and trainer for the hospitality sector, assisting hotels and restaurants in the organisational, operational, and commercial development of their F&B offerings.
His approach combines rigorous analysis with strategic vision: Sebastiano intervenes in the management and evolution of complex F&B projects, analysing operational performance to define sustainable and efficient business models. From the design of innovative restaurant concepts and formats to management control, his objective is twofold: to optimise company processes and to enhance the quality perceived by the guest.
